Toss the shrimp in the Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and garlic powder.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer with the rack inserted into the bottom. Cook the shrimp at 400 F for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with another tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and chopped parsley.
