Add 1-2 teaspoons of Keto-friendly cinnamon syrup to a mug. Prepare a half cup of espresso coffee the way you like it. Either instant coffee, in a french press, or from a coffee capsule machine. Add the coffee to the mug. If you don’t have cinnamon syrup, add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to the coffee and whisk in.

Steam 1/3 cup milk either in a milk frothing machine or in a small saucepan set over medium heat. If steaming in a saucepan, bring the milk to a rolling simmer, then remove it from the heat. Carefully pour the steamed milk into the cinnamon coffee. Prepare the milk foam by adding the remaining 3 Tbsp of almond milk to a milk frothing machine. Top the coffee with the milk foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon to finish. If you don’t have a milk frother, you can still enjoy the coffee without the foam, or top it with whipped cream instead for an indulgent treat!
