Add the tea bags to a pot and cover them with boiling water. Cover with a lid and let steep for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the peach and wash the mint leaves. Set aside.

Remove the lid and remove the tea bags. Add the cold water and stir. Add the mint leaves and sliced peach.
Step 3
Transfer the tea to a glass bottle or pitcher and place it in the fridge to cool completely. When ready to serve, add a couple of ice cubes to a glass. Pour the cooled iced tea along with some peach slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
