Drain pineapple and add it to a blender. You can also cut fresh pineapple. Add coconut cream to the blender by spooning the separated cream from a can of natural coconut milk. Also, add liquid stevia.

Blend the ingredients together until you have your piña colada base. Add the separated coconut water from your can of coconut milk to the blender to help the pineapple and coconut cream blender together better if needed. Note that coconut water is not included in the recipe nutrition.

Pour the piña colada base into a large container, jar, or glass. Gently pour sparkling water into the base to fill your container. Stir the ingredients together to combine. Pour into 8-fluid ounce servings right away or serve with ice.
