Drizzle the steaks with the olive oil and rub into the meat. Sprinkle 4 teaspoons of the coffee rub evenly over both sides of the steaks. Let the steaks sit in the rub and come to room temperature for a few minutes.
Step 2
While the steaks are resting in the rub, add the syrup to a small bowl with the remaining coffee rub. Melt the butter and add to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over a medium/high heat. Add two of the steaks and cook for 30 seconds – 1 minute on one side. Turn and cook for a further 30 seconds -1 minute on the second side.
Step 4
Add half the coffee butter mixture to the skillet. Swirl the butter to coat the steaks and heat through for 30 seconds – 1 minute more, or until cooked through to preference. Remove the cooked steaks from the skillet and repeat with the remaining steaks. Serve with your preferred Keto sides and drizzle with the buttery pan juices.
