How to Make It

Step 1

To a large bowl, add the cream cheese and goat cheese. Beat using a hand mixer until smooth. Add the lemon juice, orange zest, orange marmalade, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper

Step 2

Roughly chop the pecans and cranberries and add them to a shallow plate. Finely chop the chives and add them to the pecans and cranberries. Mix using a spoon.

Step 3

Using a cookie scoop, scoop out one round of cheese filling and toss in the cranberry/pecan mixture. Continue until all cheese bites have been rolled in the coating. Transfer them to a plate.

Step 4

Refrigerate the cheeseballs until ready to serve. You can enjoy these on their own or with Keto crackers.

  • Salt – 0.25 tsp
  • Black pepper – 0.13 tbsp
  • Cranberries, dried (Craisins) – 2 tbsp
  • Pecans, dry roasted, unsalted – 0.5 cup, chopped
  • Chives – 2 tbsp, cut pieces
