Brew strong coffee and pour it into a mug. Add the heavy cream, milk, and 1 1/2 tbsp caramel-flavored syrup to a saucepan. Heat the mixture until it starts steaming but hasn’t reached a simmer.

Transfer the caramel-flavored milk to a pitcher and froth it using a frothing wand. Pour it over the coffee. Drizzle 1/2 tbsp caramel sauce on top and serve immediately.
