While you would normally leave frozen berries frozen, you’ll want them thawed for this recipe. If you’re using a juicer, you can add all ingredients to a juicer and drink the juice right away. You can also juice the berries, spinach, and celery, then add the remaining ingredients to your juice. If you don’t own a juicer, you can follow the remaining directions using a good-quality blender or food processor.
Add all of the ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until you have a watery pulp. If the juice is too thick with pulp, you can blend in more water. Next, pour the juice and pulp through a strainer or squeeze all the juice out through a cheesecloth or flour sack towel. If you use a strainer, you may need to strain your juice 2-3 times.
Taste the juice and adjust the taste as you see fit. You can add additional lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, or liquid stevia. You may need to chill the juice in your refrigerator before drinking, or you can serve it over ice. Drink one glass per day to keep your immunity boosted or drink up to three glasses per day.
