Combine the butter and unsweetened baker’s chocolate into a 4 oz ramekin. Place the ramekin into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 350 F for 1 minute. Remove the basket and stir the chocolate mixture. Repeat at 350 F for 30 seconds (you will need to set the timer for 1 minute but check it halfway through).

Add in the sweetener, baking powder, almond flour, and cocoa powder to the melted chocolate. Feel free to add ½ tsp extract here in almond or vanilla flavor.

Next, add the egg and stir well.

Cook the cake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until the sides of the cake are cooked, but the inside is still runny.

Feel free to cook the cake longer or shorter as desired. Top with chilled coconut cream.
