How to Make It

Step 1

In a 2 cup measuring liquid measuring cup, place egg yolk, the sweetener, and 1 tbsp canned coconut milk.

Step 2

Beat with a hand mixer until light and frothy, about 1 ½ minute.

Step 3

Prepare a strong cup of coffee or espresso and pour it into a coffee mug.

Step 4

Spoon the frothy egg mixture onto the coffee/espresso. Serve immediately.
