Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat. Add the ground pork. Cook the pork until just browned all over.
Step 2
Thinly slice the bell pepper and radishes and dice the scallions. Add the radishes, bell pepper, and scallions to the skillet with the pork. Stir well to combine. Stir fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
Step 3
Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet. Stir well. Add the tamari sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and maple-flavored syrup. Stir well to combine. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes more or until the cauliflower is tender. Serve hot.
