How to Make It

Step 1

Start by chopping 2 strawberries. Add hemp seeds, flax meal, chia seeds, powdered erythritol, finely chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Mix to combine.

Step 2

Add the coconut cream and almond milk. Mix to combine.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture to a stovetop over medium heat. Stir using a spatula until the chopped strawberries soften up and become smooth. Simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes until the porridge mixture thickens. Continue simmering until your preferred consistency is achieved.

Step 4

Serve in a bowl. Garnish with 3 strawberries and 1 tsp hemp seeds. Enjoy with a warm cup of coffee.
