Step 1
To a large jar or pitcher, add the coffee and room temperature water. Mix everything and cover. Place the jar/pitcher in the fridge for 8 hours.
Step 2
Place a piece of filter paper inside a colander, and place it over a glass bottle or empty jar. Gently pour the coffee into the bottle/jar and let it strain. Remove the colander and coffee-filled filter paper, and store the bottle/jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Step 3
Prepare 4 serving glasses, and add ½ cup of ice to each. To a large cup or jug, add the almond milk, coconut milk, salt, and caramel syrup. Use a handheld milk frother to froth the milk until it is thick and has increased in volume.
Step 4
To each glass with ice, add ½ cup of cold brew coffee concentrate. Divide the salted caramel milk among the glasses. Serve immediately.
