Add the almond flour, brown sugar sweetener, and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add the melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla.

Mix all the ingredients until you have a dough. Chop the chocolate and fold it in. Transfer to the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Step 3
To assemble the sundae, add 2 tbsp of crumbled cookie dough to the bottom of each sundae glass/jar. Drizzle 1 tbsp of chocolate sauce. Top with 2 scoops of ice cream.
Step 4
Break 1 tbsp of cookie dough for each sundae and stuff it into the ice cream. Drizzle another tbsp of chocolate sauce. Top with 1 tbsp of whipped cream and serve immediately.
