Spread cream cheese across the tortilla, leaving a little space around the edges so it doesn’t squeeze out the ends later. Arrange the scrambled eggs in a row along one edge of the tortilla.

Make breakfast sausage from frozen by following the directions on the packaging in your desired method. The quickest way may be to microwave the links until they’re hot. Line the whole sausage links (don’t cut them) in a line along the scrambled eggs.

Roll the tortilla over the sausage and eggs then up into a tight roll. Use a sharp knife to remove the ends of the tortilla if necessary. Cut the tortilla into 4-6 pieces (like a sushi roll) to make pinwheels. Enjoy warm for breakfast or as a snack!
