Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the chicken thighs across a shallow oven tray. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Transfer the chicken to the oven to bake for 25 minutes, until golden on top. Remove the chicken thighs from the oven. Baste the chicken pieces all over with half the Chermoula sauce.
Step 3
Return the Chermoula basted chicken to the oven for a further 10 minutes. The chicken should be completely cooked through, golden on top, and no pink remaining. Serve the chicken hot with the reserved Chermoula as a relish.
