Slice the tops and tips from the radishes. Cut any large radishes into quarters, and any smaller radishes in half. Melt the butter in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the prepared radishes to the skillet along with the lemon zest, salt and pepper. Toss the radishes in the melted butter.

Leave the radishes to cook for 5 minutes in the butter, then turn them. Crush the garlic and add to the skillet. Cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and starting to turn golden. Remove from the heat. Add the mustard to the skillet.
Step 3
Stir well, mixing the buttery radishes with the mustard. The radishes should be coated all over in the flavorings. Serve warm with your favorite Keto mains.
