Thinly slice the avocado and bell pepper and finely slice the olives. Add to a large serving bowl along with the arugula and spinach. Toss to combine.
Whisk together the olive oil, walnut oil, syrup and lemon juice.
Crumble the walnuts and feta cheese over the salad, season and drizzle over the salad dressing. Toss to combine and serve.
