Preheat your oven to 180ºC /350 F. Transfer the chicken wings to a cutting board. Cut each chicken wing in half, separating the wingettes from the drumettes.
Step 2
Transfer the wings to a baking dish and place it in the oven—Bake for 10 minutes. Flip the wings and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cooked through.
Step 3
Melt the butter and add it to a medium bowl. Add the grated parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, freshly ground black pepper, and salt. Mix well until combined.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked chicken wings to the bowl while they’re still hot. Toss to coat. Turn on the oven’s broiler to 250 C / 400 F.
Step 5
Return the coated chicken wings to the baking dish. Place it in the oven and broil the wings for 15-20 minutes until they become golden and crispy. Take the dish out of the oven and let the chicken cool slightly.
Step 6
Transfer the wings to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
