Melt the butter in a skillet over a medium heat. Trim the tops and tips from the radishes and discard. Slice any larger radishes in half, keeping any smaller radishes whole. Add the radishes to the skillet along with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pan-fry the radishes for 7-10 minutes, occasionally turning, until fork-tender and golden. Drizzle over the maple-flavored syrup and stir to combine, coating the radishes.

Add the pecans to the skillet and lower the heat a little. Continue to pan-fry gently for a minute or two more until the pecans are toasted and the radishes are golden and caramelized at the edges. Serve hot.
