How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Add the oil, syrup, tamari sauce and pepper flakes to a mixing bowl. Crush the garlic into the bowl and stir well to combine.

Step 3

Arrange the sprouts and broccoli across a shallow oven tray. Drizzle over the sweet and spicy marinade and use your hands to coat the vegetables in the mixture.

Step 4

Transfer to the oven to bake for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized at the edges.
