Step 1
Add the tea bag and cinnamon to a saucepan and cover them with boiling water. Place over medium heat and let simmer for 3 minutes. Take the saucepan off the heat, cover it with a lid, and let steep for 15 minutes.

Discard the teabag, and transfer the chai tea concentrate to the fridge. Let it chill completely. This should take 2-4 hours, but you can do it overnight.
