Toss the paneer with avocado oil, sea salt, and garam masala.

Cook the cubes in the air fryer with the rack inserted into the bottom of the basket at 375 F for 8 minutes. Toss the paneer halfway through and cook until golden brown on all sides.

Toss the browned paneer in the coleslaw mix (using the same bowl as before that still has some garam masala in it) and add in the lime juice and sea salt.
Step 5
Heat the Keto wraps in a skillet over medium-high heat for 10-15 seconds per side until heated through.
Step 6
Place half of the paneer mixture on each wrap and top with diced cucumbers and sliced cherry tomatoes. Top with hot sauce, if desired.
