Roughly dice the bacon. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and cook the bacon through until crisp and golden. Remove from the skillet and set to one side to cool.

Thinly slice the radishes and add to a mixing bowl along with the cream cheese and tuna dip, salt and cooled bacon. Stir well to combine.
Step 3
Divide the tuna bacon mixture evenly between the 4 lettuce leaves and top with the baby capers to serve.
