Arrange the prosciutto, cheese, salami, olives, almonds and arugula on a large serving platter or plate. Thinly slice the bell pepper and add to the board.
Step 2
Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add to the serving platter for dipping.
