Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.
Finely dice the scallion and add to a mixing bowl along with the tomato, cilantro and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Divide the sour cream evenly between the avocado halves.
Divide the salsa between the avocado halves.
Shred the chicken and arrange on top of the salsa to serve.
