Prepare your green tea by adding the tea bag to a large mug with 1.5 cups of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Remove the teabag from the mug and discard.

Now you can either transfer the tea to a blender, or if you have a milk frother, leave the tea in the mug. Add the syrup, lemon juice and coconut oil to the mug or blender. Allow the oil to melt into the hot tea.

Use the milk frother or blender to blitz the ingredients together. Blend until well combined and foamy on top. Serve immediately.
