Flake the canned tuna into a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, tahini, harissa paste and lemon juice. Stir everything together well to combine.
Finely chop the fresh parsley. Add the parsley to the bowl with the other ingredients. Stir the parsley throughout the tuna mayo.
Taste the tuna mayo and adjust seasonings and flavors as desired. You can add salt if needed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
