How to Make It

Step 1

Finely slice the radish into thin strips, thinner than a matchstick and add to a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Roughly chop the parsley and the capers and add to the mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, mustard, lemon juice and salt.

Step 3

Mix thoroughly to combine coating the radish in the dressing.
