Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with thinly sliced pepperoni, finely chopped spinach, mayo, and all the seasonings.

Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Create 22-24 meatballs that are approx. 1 ½ inches wide and arrange on the sheet tray.
Step 3
Bake the tray of meatballs for 20 minutes, no rotating required! At your discretion, you can bake the meatballs on a baking rack set over a tray to allow excess fat to drip – this should not change your baking time.
