How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Add the pork rinds to a bowl and crush with a pestle or rolling pin until you have a crumb consistency.

Step 3

Add the Parmesan, pepper and garlic powder and stir well to combine.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the paprika and salt. Set half of this mixture to one side in the fridge.

Step 5

Coat the drumsticks liberally in half of the reserved room temperature mayonnaise. Then coat in the parmesan and pork crumb.

Step 6

Transfer to the oven for 35 minutes to bake until cooked through, crisp and golden. Served with the refrigerated paprika mayonnaise for dipping.

  • Parmesan Cheese – 2 tablespoon, grated
  • Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick – 2 teaspoon
  • Fried Pork Rinds – 1-¾ ounce
  • Mayonnaise – 1-½ tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper, Ground – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
