How to Make It

Step 1

Peel and cut the avocado into smaller pieces. Peel and slice garlic. Add the avocado, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to a small food processor. Process until completely smooth.

Step 2

Wash and pat dry the cucumber. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise.

Step 3
