Grate the lemon on the fine edge of a box grater, enough to yield 1 teaspoon, and set aside. Add the frozen blueberries, yogurt, and lemon zest to a blender.

Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the frozen yogurt between 2 serving bowls. Top with frozen blueberries and a sprinkle of lemon zest (optional).
