Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a drumstick and wrap it tightly in two strips of bacon, so that it is well covered. Repeat this process with the remaining drumsticks using up all the bacon.

Arrange the bacon wrapped drumsticks across a shallow oven tray. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden and the bacon and chicken skin are crisp. Remove from the oven and smother the tops of each drumstick with a generous half tablespoon of the passata (tomato sauce). Divide the grated cheese evenly between the drumsticks, sprinkling over the tops of each so it sticks to the tomato sauce.
Step 3
Return the cheese and tomato topped drumsticks to the oven. Bake for a further 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is entirely cooked through, the skin and bacon crisp and golden and the cheese bubbling and melted. Serve the drumsticks hot with your choice of kid-friendly Keto sides.
