Dice the cheese into 1” dice. Add the diced cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Then add the heavy cream.

Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds. Then remove the bowl from the microwave and stir. Repeat for another 45 seconds and stir again. You want to make sure all the cheese is melted into the cream. If not, heat again in 20 seconds increments until melted. Serve hot!
