Trim the tips from the radishes then thinly slice into 3mm discs. Drizzle the radishes with the olive oil then sprinkle over the seasoning, garlic and paprika. Use your hands to coat the radish pieces in the oil and spices.

Arrange the radish pieces in one layer across a large baking tray.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes, then turn and bake for a further 10-12 minutes until tender and golden and starting to crisp around the edges.
