Preheat an oven to 350 F. Combine all the dry ingredients for donuts. Whisk together.
Step 2
Add in all the wet ingredients for the donuts and mix well with a spatula or spoon. Alternatively, you can blend everything in a food processor which results in a smoother donut.
Step 3
Spray donut pan with nonstick cooking spray and fill donut pan with batter evenly.
Step 4
Bake for 14-15 minutes until puffed and cooked through. Allow to cool completely before attempting to remove donuts from the pan.Place chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat cream in the microwave in a separate container until boiling. Pour over the chips and allow to sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes have elapsed, stir the cream into the chips into a ganache.
Step 5
Dip the tops of donuts into the ganache and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
