Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for a couple of hours. Alternatively, you can place it in the blender’s cup, and heat it in the microwave. It should take around 20 seconds or so.

Add in the eggs, water, monk fruit sweetener, and real lime juice packets. Use an immersion blender to blend the mixture until smooth. Taste adding more sweetener if desired.
Step 3
Pour the limeade into a glass. You can garnish with a slice of lime. Enjoy immediately!
