Trim the tips and tops from the radishes and discard. Keep any small radishes whole and slice any large radishes in half. Melt the butter in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the radishes and sauté for 5-6 minutes until fork tender and starting to brown.
Step 2
Crush the garlic and add to the skillet along with the lemon zest, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low/medium. Continue to pan fry the radishes for 3-4 minutes more or until tender and the garlic has softened.
Step 3
Remove from the heat. Finely chop the chives. Sprinkle the parmesan and chives over the radishes. Stir to combine. Serve with your preferred Keto mains.
