Place your sausage links in a non-stick skillet, and follow the directions on the packaging to cook them. Add water to the skillet and simmer the sausage links until the water evaporates. Then, cook the sausages over low heat until they turn golden on both sides.

Transfer the sausages to your serving plate. Melt butter in the skillet over low heat, then crack an egg into the butter. Season the egg with a dash of salt and pepper. Fry the egg in the butter until it’s done to your liking. However, you can scramble the egg or cook the egg in the butter in your desired style.

Add the cooked egg to your plate. Slice the avocado and add it to your plate as well. It’s recommended you add an extra pinch of salt to the avocado, but you can leave it plain. Other toppings you could add to the avocado to make it more flavorful are a dash of your favorite hot sauce or a squeeze of lemon/lime juice.
