How to Make It

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Beat well to combine.

Step 2

Melt a generous tablespoon of butter in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the beaten egg mixture. Allow the eggs to settle for a moment, then scramble with a wooden spoon or spatula.

Step 3

Roughly chop the fresh basil. Just before the eggs finish cooking through, add the basil. Stir the basil through the eggs. Once the eggs are cooked to preference, serve hot with your favorite Keto sides.
