Prepare a half cup of espresso coffee the way you like it. Either instant coffee, in a french press, or from a coffee capsule machine. Set aside.

Set a small saucepan or milkpan over medium heat, add the pumpkin puree, Keto vanilla syrup, pumpkin spice blend, and ⅓ cup almond milk. Whisk together to break any spice lumps. Bring the milk to a rolling simmer, then remove it from the heat.
Step 3
Prepare the milk foam by adding the remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk to a milk frothing machine or using a handheld whisk. Carefully pour the spiced steamed milk into the coffee. Top with the milk foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon to finish. If you don’t have a milk frother, you can enjoy it without or top it with whipped cream instead for an indulgent treat.
