Melt the butter in a microwave. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, red pepper flakes, and salt in a medium bowl. Add the eggs, butter, and one tablespoon of cream cheese. Mix well to combine.

Divide the mixture evenly between three ramekins. Microwave each for 90 seconds. When done, cool to room temperature.

Thinly slice the cucumber. Carefully remove each bread piece from the ramekins. Spread the remaining cream cheese over each piece and top with the smoked salmon and cucumber.

Optionally, garnish with some fresh arugula, capers, or red pepper flakes. You can also add some salt or pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
