How to Make It

Step 1

Add the avocado flesh to a freestanding blender or immersion blender jug. Add the coconut cream, almond milk, and maple-flavored syrup. Add the cinnamon.

Step 2

Blend the mixture with your chosen blender. The consistency should be smooth and creamy. Blend a little longer to get a milkshake-style froth on top.

Step 3

Taste the shake and blend in more sweetener and cinnamon if desired. Divide the ice between two serving glasses or tumblers. Pour the shake over the ice and serve immediately.
