Preheat a small saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add in the olive oil and garlic (which has been smashed well using the side of a knife). Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for about 30 seconds to one minute. If the garlic starts to brown, immediately pour in the tomato sauce.

Add in the tomato sauce and give everything a good stir. Add in the Italian seasoning and the kosher salt. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.

Use this sauce as a topping for your favorite pizza with a red sauce base. This sauce should make enough for two medium pizza crusts. The sauce would also be delicious as a filling for calzones! You can also use this sauce as a dip for Keto breadsticks.
