Preheat an oven to 300 degrees. Chop the almonds into rough pieces and combine them with the coconut flakes and sunflower seeds.

Heat the coconut oil in a microwave for 15 seconds. Stir the stevia and vanilla into the coconut oil. Fold this mixture into the granola mix so all the ingredients are coated.

Spread the granola over a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake the granola for 25 minutes, stirring them slightly halfway through to avoid burning.
Step 4
Once baked, allow the granola to cool. Transfer the granola to a serving bowl, and coat the granola with the pumpkin pie spice and the cinnamon.
