How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 F. In a small saucepan, combine the shredded cheese, almond flour, mascarpone cheese, spices and seeds together. Place over medium-low heat and stir constantly until the cheese has melted and turns into a homogenous mixture.

Step 2

Add the egg and stir well.

Step 3

Place on a piece of parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper on top of it. Roll it out to just under ¼” thickness then remove the top parchment paper.

Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Then using a pizza cutter or knife, cut into desired shapes and separate shapes so they are not touching.

Step 5

You may need to use a separate baking sheet. Bake again for a few more minutes until crisp about 5-10 minutes.

  • Queso Chihuahua (Chihuahua Cheese) – 1-½ cup, shredded
  • Almond Flour – ⅔ cup
  • Mascarpone – 4 tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Sesame Seeds – 1 cup
  • Caraway Seed – 1 teaspoon
  • Chia Seeds – 1 teaspoon, whole pieces
  • Poppy Seeds – 1 teaspoon, whole pieces
  • Raw Egg – 1 large
