Place the black tea into a bowl with boiling water. Alternatively, you can place the black tea into a teapot that has a strainer fitted into it. Allow the tea to steep for 5-6 minutes to allow for a perfect infusion.
Step 2
Strain the tea using a fine-mesh strainer. However, if you have a teapot with a mesh strainer, use it to eliminate any tea straining. Pour the tea into 2 tea cups.
Step 3
To each cup, add ¼ cup of evaporated milk and 2 tsp granulated sweetener. Pour the hot black tea over the evaporated milk mixture and stir. Serve piping hot!
