Add the butter to a small pan and let it melt over medium-high heat. Add the almond flour and stir until golden. Stir in a dash of cinnamon powder and set it aside.

Prepare a glass by drizzling 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce onto the inside. Add the cold coffee, heavy cream, syrup, ice, and most of the crumb (reserving 1 tsp for garnish) to a high-speed blender. Blend until thick and smooth.

Pour the beverage into the prepared glass. Top with marshmallows and toast them using a kitchen torch. Sprinkle with the remaining crumb, drizzle the remaining chocolate sauce, and serve.
