How to Make It

Step 1

Roughly slice the lettuce and finely slice the tomatoes. Layer the lettuce in the base of a mason jar or serving bowl and top with the tomatoes.

Step 2

Dice the cucumber and slice the scallions. Layer over the tomatoes.

Step 3

Slice the egg and layer over the salad.

Step 4

Scatter the cheddar and mozzarella over the top of the egg.

Step 5

Mix together the Parmesan, olive oil mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spoon over the salad to serve.

  • Cherry Tomato – 2 cherry
  • Cheddar Cheese – 2 tablespoon, grated
  • Lettuce, Romaine Or Cos – 1 cup, chopped
  • Scallions – 1 small – 3″ long
  • Hard Boiled Egg – 1 medium
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan Cheese – 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Cucumber – ¼ cup, sliced
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
